Ardyss International is an old company that offers a new opportunity. Ardyss was started in Mexico in 1989 by the Diaz de Leon Family. In May of 2007, Ardyss International relocated their corporate headquarters to Las Vegas, Nevada and changed from a direct sales model to a network marketing business model. This change opened the door for thousands of people to be a part of the Ardyss network marketing opportunity.

Ardyss' number one selling product, The Body Magic was allowing ladies to drop 2 to 3 dress sizes in about 10 minutes. I was told the The Body Magic, their flagship reshaping garment, flattens the tummy, lifts the breasts, reshapes the legs, lifts and reshapes the buttocks, straightens the back and pulls the shoulders back to correct posture.

Ardyss was much more than just a Body Magic business. They have an entire reshaping line of garments for men and women, as well as Nutritional and Health products such as the Le'Vive Juice, Ultra Body Cleanse , Power Boost and much more.

The timetable consists of a certain number of points and new team members that you personally enroll. If you meet both requirements each month, you earn a Power Start for that month.

Not only does Ardyss pay you up to $500,000 for you personally building your business on time, but you can earn an additional $500,000 on every single Power Pack that you personally enroll as an Ardyss Independent Distributor. How To Become Ultra-Rich

• How do we take this business and become ultra-rich? First of all you have to think it is possible. Unless you think is possible for you, it is impossible. Losers use their life’s situations as excuses to fail and winners use their life’s situations as
their reasons to succeed.

• The beauty of the network marketing business is that all you have to do to succeed, is to help other people get the same things you want. This business is not measured in how much money you make, but in how many people you help and how many lives you change.

• I hear people say, ‘Starting a business is risky.’ I hear this all the time. When I ask them what they do for a living, most of them are employees or self-employed. To me that’s the riskiest place to be.

• In many cases, the emotion of fear also drives those in the S quadrant. These people often only trust themselves… or only people who have proven their trust to them. This keeps them doing things on their own. In many cases, this limits their earning potential, just as job security limits the earning potential of an employeed person.

• The value of Leadership. Money always flows to the leader. If you want
more money, simply become more of a leader.

10 Must-Have Qualities for Business Success

There are distinct qualities that separate seriously committed entrepreneurs who win BIG from everybody else in the pack. The good news is that leaders are not born, they´re made. The list below is designed so you can quickly learn from the best leaders of our time, and model after their success.

1. Ambition and Drive.Giving you the energy you need to hurdle obstacles and tackle the seemingly impossible tasks. Unstoppable determination bringing you through the rough times when all hopes seems lost. Perseverance by holding onto the vision/mission/core values of your business/life. Giving you the energy to evaluate each situation in an objective manner, always pulling you in the right direction.

2. Disciplined work ethics and high standards for quality. This includes traits suck as honesty, integrity, and a concern for people. When you put your all into everything you do with an emphasis on quality, you will essentially be putting your personal seal of excellence on your products or services. In you pursuit of obtaining quality, focus on "Being Effective". This means you are doing the RIGHT things, and therefore focusing your energy in the right direction. 80% of your time should be focused on "running the business" instead of allowing the business to run you.

3. Courage & Action-Orientation. When you are Optimistic enough to take risks that others are unwilling to take this will set you up for huge returns. Proactive people figure out how they can personally change , instead of focusing their energy on where others should change.

5. Servant Leadership. 6. A Creative mind. The ability to "think on one's feet" is critical if your are committed to a high level of success. The ability to change when necessary. Controlled Flexibility is a key component to success. There must be structure and systems in place right from the start in order to create a self-sustaining operation and to ensure you are not simply "changing for change sake".

7. A complete understanding of your gift/strengths/talents and behavioral style. When you know yourself better than anyone else, you will be able to control the situations you allow yourself to be involved in. When you know others better than they know themselves, you will be able to take the right approach when working with them.

Discover ways to give other people what they are seeking in an entertaining style, and you will set yourself apart from your competition.

Positive relationships in all areas of your life will accelerate your business success. In this day and age, "soft skills" are more important than technical skills, especially for business owners. (If you get it right in the small areas of your life, you'll get it right on a larger scale as well.
